Our quality management system is firmly focused upon site activities as we believe that this is the area where strict control is required to achieve a quality product on time. If design is to be carried out all principles and dimensions should be finalised prior to commencement on site.
At HG Construction each department operates within the guidelines agreed and regular review of practices ensures we are able to meet our clients’ expectations.
In recent years, Key Performance Indicators have been added to the construction agenda. HG Construction monitor KPIs with the intention of being able to benchmark particular projects and ensure we instil within the staff a culture of continuous improvement, together with a reduction in waste or the need for re-working.
A key constituent of our Quality Management System is the management of documentation between the relevant parties and the validation of site design.
We carry out regular management reviews to appraise, update and amend the system as required.
